Patterson Whittaker Architectural Profiles recently completed a small job creating architectural detailing for a building at the University Village Shopping Center in Seattle, a popular open air shopping center located not far from the University of Washington. Our team was tasked with creating the details around the windows and completing the horizontal banding using our EPS core material.
Take a Look:
We were able to take these photos mid-installation, but as you can see, they were easily installed on the façade of the building and around the windows. They have a very natural, very cool stone look that really adds to the dimensions of the space.
Our window surrounds are often far more affordable end to end (including shipping and labor) than nearly all other options available. Yet, as you can see, they are durable enough to be used on commercial properties and their final look easily mimics some of the more expensive materials. Architects and contractors are essentially receiving a higher quality design for a more reasonable price.
You can see our work all over Seattle, including University Village, and we have numerous clients across the United States, Canada, and beyond. We encourage you to contact us to learn more about our window surrounds, horizontal banding, and other products.
