Our emphasis here at Patterson Whittaker is that we believe – and can prove – that our products are typically ideal replacements for everything from stone to precast to GFRC and more. They are lighter weight. They are less prone to weather damage. They have shorter overall costs and a short lead time.
But of course, none of that matters if the products don’t look the part. But they do. We are able to apply specialty finishes and applications to our final products in order to ensure that they look exactly as any other material would (or better) while still offering the benefits of architectural EPS.
Types of Finishes/Applications
Keep in mind that this is not a comprehensive list, and we encourage you to reach out to talk about all the different types of finishes we can offer. But a selection that are often relevant to our customers include:
- Stucco Grade – Our stucco grade finishes are designed for professional stucco companies and applicators. They can be finished on-site for a seamless appearance.
- Paint Grade – Smoother than many of our other designs, these are created to be ready for either interior or exterior paint. It can look like other products – like wood – but without the maintenance or issues.
- Stone Finish – One of the most popular requests we receive, our stone finish can be designed to mimic the appearance of real stone, like European stones or limestone, so that you can have the look of stone without the weight or installation costs.
Any of our products can also be finished for interior use. They can have details like crown moldings, coves, ceiling details, etc. This allows you to match the design of your project seamlessly and with arguably much easier installation.
